  • 9" Square Baking Pan
  • Large Bowl
  • Mixing Spatula
  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flower
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coco Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vinilla Extract
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

  2. For the brownie layer: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

  3. For the cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

If you do not want to make the scratch brownie layer you can use your favorite boxed brownie mix
